Mock Auction: Quick Start

Start an auction from the home page, invite 2–10 teams, and pick a pool. Use Follow mode for observers. The timer extends +5s on valid bids and auto‑resolves at timeout.

Key tips: validate squads, track overseas (max 8) and squad size (max 25), and use the role analyzer on team pages to keep balance.
